The Hispanic League’s 2014 International Wine Tasting event will be hosted by the Piedmont Craftsmen Gallery.
We are excited to have Peter Mikeal, the bilingual wine sommelier, back this year as well. He will introduce wines from the Southern Hemisphere such as Pisco Sangria (white sparkling sangria with fresh mango, kiwi, and pineapple, – Peruvian Pisco), Chenin Blanc (South Africa), Chardonnay (Argentina), Pinot Noir (Chile), Malbec (Argentina), and Shiraz (Austrailia). Classical guitarist Oscar Oviedo is back for 2014 to set the mood with Latin music. There will also be an unveiling of the artwork for this year’s Spanish Nite, scheduled for April 26.
