I use special fusible art glass to create blanks and parts sheets in a kiln. After firing, the pieces are cut apart, reassembled, and fired again. The resulting design is then slumped on a mold ot through a drop ring to create the final art piece. The piece is then coldworked with diamond handpads and/or electric grinders to remove any blemishes. After coldworking, the piece may be fire polished in the kiln or sandblasted for its final finish.
