The Machine Age, Form and Function, and Surrealism, all influence my designs, as does a life long fascination with science fiction. Discarded industrial surplus is where I get my most tangible inspiration. The most challenging aspect of this art form is releasing preconceived ideas and allowing the shapes to take place spontaneously while still producing a functional piece of furniture.
