I am the principal of WolfWorks Fine Woodworking. I design and create hand-crafted, free-standing furniture with a critical eye to detail. I have been making custom furniture for over 40 years.

The majority of my professional career has been working for high tech companies as a communications and project manager.

I have studied woodworking techniques at the Krenov School of Fine Woodworking in Fort Bragg, California, with Ernie Conover in Parkman, Ohio and many other craftsmen.

I had my own shop in Ashland, Oregon for 18 years making fine furniture for local, Portland, Oregon and San Francisco Bay area clients.

Each piece is made to order after extensive consultation with the client. The result is an heirloom piece.

Only the highest quality domestic hardwoods (cherry, walnut, maple, ash, and white oak) and sustainable exotics are used. Woods are hand selected for figure, color and grain match.

Rough sawn lumber is milled to the desired specifications. Veneers are hand cut from highly figured thick stock to ensure visual impact and continuity.

No stains or dyes are used to alter the natural beauty of the wood. Each piece of furniture is finished with a durable hand rubbed clear varnish.
